This Magical Jungle Safari Contest (the “Contest”) is being conducted by Reliance Retail Ltd. (“Reliance”) and Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd (“Colgate”) from 1st February 2018 up to 31st March 2018 (“Contest Period”).
This Contest is only for Reliance One Card Registered Customers at Pan India except for the state of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry (“Participant/s”) who are Indian citizens of major age.
Participation of the Participant is purely voluntary and by participation it is deemed that the Participant has read and accepted to abide by these terms and conditions and waive their right to claim any ambiguity.
Participant can participate in this Contest only by purchasing any pack of Colgate Strong Teeth from the participating Reliance stores during the Contest Period and at the time of purchase updates his/her phone number linked to the Reliance One Card, for that invoice with the Reliance cashier so as to get registered in the Contest. Non-updation of the relevant phone number will imply no registration in the Contest even if the participant buys the above product. Multiple registrations are allowed for separate billing for purchase of the above product pack each time, and may increase the chances of winning in the Contest.
After the Contest Period, Reliance will conduct a computerized random based lucky draw from amongst the registered Participants to choose 40 lucky winners. Decision of Reliance and Colgate shall be final in case of the declared lucky draw winners and no claim or request will be entertained in this regard.

Lucky winners will be contacted by Reliance or Colgate’s authorized agency soon after the lucky draw on their registered mobile number with Reliance. Also a list of winners will be displayed for limited period, any time between 1st April 2018 to 31st May 2018 on www.colgatecares.co.in, which participants are responsible to track. In case for any reasons, any lucky winner is not able to be contacted, Colgate / Reliance would not be liable or held responsible for any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the Internet, Telecom, SMS and E-mails service provider. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained. In case of inability to contact the winner, the prize may be forfeited, if the concerned winner fails to claim his prize up to 31st May 2018 by referring the winner list on the above website, and no further claim or request will be entertained after this period.
Only the declared Winners will be required to share a hard copy of their valid id cards with current address proof with Reliance for the purpose of authentication and dispatching the prizes at the current address. Prizes will be delivered at current addresses of the winners by QED Communications (QED), an authorized agency appointed by Colgate.
Prizes are non-transferrable and also cannot be exchanged for cash or gifts or other purposes. Participant authorizes Reliance, Colgate or any of its authorized agencies for contacting the Participants by call (including voice messages), SMS for the purpose of this Contest. In case of DND facility, Participants may not receive the aforesaid messages / alerts or calls.
Employees and families of Colgate and Reliance, their affiliates, owners of Reliance stores in which Contest is being rolled out and their family members, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
Disputes, if any, will be subject to jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai only. No claims will be accepted after 31st May 2018.
Holding of the Contest is subject to normal force majeure conditions.
Colgate and Reliance reserve their right to change, discontinue, extend contest, or modify the terms and conditions thereof without giving any prior notice. Reliance does not endorse any of the Products of Colgate.
The decision of Reliance & Colgate with regard to the Contest and the declaration of the winners is final and binding.
Colgate reserves the right to feature any number of the winners on television, print and other media touch points as a part of its media / promotional campaign for the Contest. By Participating in the Contest, the winners authorize Colgate to do so at no other consideration and for doing such media / promotional campaign for unlimited period and frequency worldwide. The number and selection of the winners who would feature in the media campaign is at the sole discretion of Colgate and shall be final and binding.
